This project is branding for an art exhibit. Grim Beauty is an art exhibit that focuses on the contrast of beautiful artwork with a gruesome topic like war, death, tragedy, and murder. This thematic is examined through the contrast of black and white as well as typography. The identity is made so that the black background can easily be replaced with the artwork from the exhibit for posters and advertising.
