The Rutgers University Crime Lab Unit is an initiative based in Rutgers-University Camden that will create a state-of-the-art forensic lab. The lab would be modern, independent, and work closely with both the community and the legal system to bring justice, review evidence, and apply science to the courtroom. This logo was designed after meeting with Kimberlee Moran, who leads the project, to explain the project in detail. Following that, this logo was selected from three others, and further developed to her request.
